Estate Management for Mount Desert Island

Estate Management –This level of service includes being involved with everything at the estate. Chuck will personally be involved in the day to day operations and be available for the estate owner on a regular basis. This is a higher level of commitment for both Chuck and the owner. Duties includes working with property owners and/or staff, outside contractors, as well as the Seura Farm Landscape Crew to ensure the property is ready for them on arrival, and maintained throughout the year to allow owners to have a relaxing, carefree summer on the coast of Maine.

Care taking – For the smaller properties, a service where the property owner is more involved on a regular basis, and uses Seura Farm when needed. Services such as Spring and Fall clean-up, garden maintenance throughout the season, and Landscape projects in the off season.

In conjunction with the yard services provided, Chuck also works with the owner on all other issues related to the Property inside as well as outside. Working with cleaning staff to uncover any problems right through finding and/or coordinating with contractors to get the problem solved- during seasonal opening and closing of properties and available throughout the year. Whether it be contractors chosen by the property owner or drawing from the list of contractors regularly used by Seura Farm. Chuck and/or the Seura Farm Crew will be available within a reasonable time to assist the property owner with all aspects of owning and maintaining a home.
